Avery Park is well managed community still with Budget rent options. Management welcomes residents and ready to assist residents with any needs.Maintenance staff is very nice and quick turn around to fix issues.Overall nice community to be a resident of.Specially during COVID times management ensured the safety of residents. Highly recommended!
