Did a walk in and was met immediately with a friendly staff member. Had a wonderful experience and was given tons of information and I felt right at home. I look forward to possibly moving into this apartment neighborhood!!

I wanted to say I really love avery park apartments and I've been a long time resident I'm going to enjoy the new company that's taking over and I met melissa and carla and I'm am sooo happy that orapin is staying I love her so much she is so sweet and orapin dont you ever leave I also love jim our maintance guy he go above and beyond he gets things done if things are broken hes right there I want to stay here this is my home and I wanted to say welcome to our new company you all are very sweet at the leasing office I also hope one day we can have some activities going some day for all of the residents from Lisa Bakewell apt D 101
